Whitney Hardie, owner

Senior Doula, Photographer, Cert. Lactation Educator

Whitney began working as a birth photographer 12 years ago. She is now a full-spectrum doula trained by BADT. Her work centers bodily autonomy, anti-racist action and mindfulness.

With an eye toward reducing birth trauma, Whitney prepares families with evidence-based information regarding childbirth and baby feeding options. She will accompany you down whatever path your pregnancy leads with compassion and deep listening.

Her clients describe her as a calm presence in the storm - and she loves seeing them empowered in their journey to parenthood! She also admittedly loves a late night stop at Taco Bell. Chalupas forever!

Angel Mattes, Postpartum Care coordinator

Senior Birth & Postpartum Doula, Lactation Educator, CPST

Angel has worked with birthing and postpartum families for 16 years and serves on the board of NWA’s Postpartum Support International’s Arkansas chapter. She is passionate about improving birth outcomes, evidence-based information, and patient-centered care.

Her areas of expertise include breastfeeding, babywearing, infant care, and all things car seats! She loves educating new parents, giving them gentle encouragement, and helping them discover their self-confidence.

Angel knows there’s no “one size fits all” approach to parenting, and supports families to find their own path. She supports women to trust their bodies and make informed decisions — to have beautiful, peaceful, and joyful experiences welcoming their babies to the world. She is a bit of a baby whisperer, and loves sharing her hard-earned knowledge of birth, babies and parenting with families.
